Greetings, Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Henge of Keltria. We are a positive path Celtic Neopagan tradition dedicated to protecting and preserving our Mother Earth, honoring our Ancestors, revering the Spirits of Nature, and worshipping the Gods and Goddesses of our Gaelic heritage. Our focus is on personal growth through the development of mind, body, and spirit. We place special emphasis on spiritual development fostered through study and practice of the Druidic Arts or "Draíocht." Through training, networking, resource material, ritual participation, and meaningful communication we hope to provide a religious and spiritual framework through which people may reach their full potential. We call our religious organization "The Henge." The semi-autonomous local groups working within the Keltrian tradition are called "Groves." Each Grove is free to compose and perform ritual and magick geared to its own particular focus, provided such work remains compatible with the beliefs, ethics, and the ritual structural framework of the Henge. Our Order is an initiatory tradition composed of three grades, which we call Rings. As the rings of a tree measure its growth, so our Ring System measures the growth of its participants. Our three Rings are named for sacred trees, which are: Ring of the Birch, Ring of the Yew, and Ring of the Oak. Within our highest Ring, the Oak, there are three tiers -- Hawthorn, Rowan, and Mistletoe. We use a three-fold system to measure achievement. Advancements are based on time, knowledge, and service to either a local Grove or the Henge. Youth Membership is open to minors as stated within the Articles of Incorporation, provided that a parental notification and consent form is filed with membership requests. This requirement is annual until they attain the age of majority. The Henge of Keltria, Inc. was incorporated as a nonprofit religious corporation in 1995 and is the direct descendant of The Henge of Keltria, a religious association, established in 1987.
